Learn to paint small and simple with local landscape artist Ian Blackhall Scott. See how you can create art more often when you work small. Students will learn landscape design composition, Value and color mixing, and leave with their own tiny painting complete with display stand. Materials provided.

An introduction to plein air painting in watercolor/gouache. Students will learn how to see nature with a greater awareness and how to simplify design. As well as learn dry and wet watercolor techniques and color mixing. While surrounded by the inspiring scenery of Sierra Valley, materials provided.
